Disable Notification Sound Only

Seems like this would/should be a common Setting and should be found in the phone itself, one should NOT have to use external Apps just to listen to music via Bluetooth.
Seems like it is an application "Focus" issue and when a "music" or music/sound producing App is launched - ALL Notifications and Call sounds should play only through phone, or both.
"Do Not Disturb" is really not the best way to handle this type of action...

So, I did remove that "Constraint" and the macro DID turn On "DND" when the music started, and back OFF after I stopped the music, so I guess that's it. No "Notifications" at all except a phone ring for a call.
But what I would love is if I could still hear all the notifications on my phone while listening to music on Bluetooth - and NOT have the music stop or duck while playing... any thoughts ???
