Couldn't RESTORE Cloud Backup

I'm m having trouble restoring my Macrodroid cloud backups. Even though I have a stable internet connection, it keeps saying "could not connect". My old phone got destroyed, but I had my macros backed up to the cloud before that. Now, I can't get them back on my new phone. I'm bummed because I had a lot of customized macros in there! Any help on restoring them would be greatly appreciated.

Your cloud backup should be safe, it's probably just a small macrodroid service outage, I just checked and everything is working fine for me (connection issue still persists?)

I think @Josué García is right: I experienced the same problem (same message) a few days ago to reach the Template Store. But it didn't last so long (maybe a couple of hours).
