choose default app for managing incoming call number and spam displaying?

Hello,
Is there a way to choose with Macrodroid, the default app for managing incoming call number and spam displaying? See attached file

Thanks @Jacob L but it is not really my need .
I am using 2 différents app to block calls and notifications. I 'd like to use Macrodroid to identify the situation in which I use an app or the other one. But these 2 apps need to be the default app for use android call screening function to have a good behaviour. So I need to be able to choose automatically, through Macrodroid, which app is the default one.
My problem is that I don't know the way or the parameter to perform the modification.
In fact, when you invoq the call screening in the app, there is a shortcut to define it as the default call screening app.
So if somebody can help me please...

Could you help me to attach file, it will be useful to show you the panel opened to choose the default app.

If you get an app called SetEdit it shows you the settings tables which are used to determine the default assistant app. Once you are familiar with those values, you can then use the system setting action in MacroDroid to do it all for you.

I did not know this application. It is very interesting.
Before that, I used tasker with its fonctionnif parameter identification to find what I want.
It is like this that I am able to manage the default assistant app with Macrodroid and its function that you mention in your message.

Is there a search function in SetEdit? It will be very usefull.

Unfortunaly, I can't find the default call screening app parameter with SetEdit app...

It seems not. It can't have any updates because the play store requires targeting newer SDK versions, which breaks functionality - the same reason MacroDroid has a helper targeting a lower SDK/API level. Every device is different so finding values maybe difficult.

It may be a longshot, but you could try to search for the appname/packagename (which is set as default at the moment) in sysedit, go back and change to the other app and search again
Don't know, just a thought
I've got two phones and in secure settings it only shows default_sim app on both, could this "shine" throug to call 🤔 just another thought

Hi,
When you say sysedit, you mean SetEdit?
If it is the case, I have already perform this research without result.
If it is not the case, could you tell me what is sysedit please?
