Battery charge manager

Hello all.

As you'd have guessed, this is a battery charge manager.

It notifies the user when the battery gets too high or too low, according to user-defined values. It also asks for minimum and maximum charge levels, which when reached notify in red AND with an exclamation mark – the dread of it! Seriously, one can set a nagging mode which will cause these extreme level notifications to repeat every few seconds (user-defined interval). Pressing the notification will stop nagging. It also has a nice configuration routine.

See what you think of it and tell me of any bugs.

Thanks.

Compared to your macro [one can see how much time and thought went into creating it] my battery macro is pretty mundane. But you've showed alot of things I could try on my macro, so I'm giving you a star.

Hello and thanks for the star. I'm glad you liked it. It sure took me a while to get everything as I wanted it.

I also searched for your battery macro but couldn't find it. Did you post it here?

Anyway, there's little point in posting elaborate creations in Templates: the really popular ones are half-a-dozen-actions affairs.

The oldest ones are the ones with the most stars. The second most rated has 1 trigger and 1 action...

Hm… I guess it makes sense – the stars just accumulate over time. Maybe a system like that used in tennis, where points expire after a year, should be implemented…

I've only just started using MD. I've only posted a couple flashlight macros to the template store and a Wi-Fi tile macro here. My battery macro is pretty simple for now, notify and speak battery level when battery <= 25%, notify then speak battery level for 2 minutes when battery >= 85%. Google is supposed to come out with a new adaptive charging update for the pixel phones. I wanted to wait to get that to see what could be done with MD.

Oh, I forgot, I also have an elapsed time ms macro here and in the template store.

Yes, as explained in the page referred by Endercraft, the link does not work in my computer browser but it does work from my phone, which has Microdroid installed, when I browse the forum using MD's Forum tile.
