In order to do this you will need a Windows/Linux based PC or a Mac plus Google's ADB tool which can be downloaded from the links below:

Google have started to prevent older APKs being installable on Android 14 and above. This means that the universal helper app cannot be installed by simply opening the APK on the device and installing in the normal way.
In order to install the universal helper app on any device, you will need a Windows or Linux PC or a Mac in order to connect to your phone along with some basic Android tools to push the APK to the device.
