It's pretty hard to receive JSON through webhooks.
What I do instead is generate a random number (like 29485893) every time then upload the JSON to https://ntfy.sh/data-29485893, then pass this number to the receiver which then requests https://ntfy.sh/data-29485893/json?poll=1, parses the JSON, gets the [attachment][url] from the dictionary entry and if it doesn't exist gets the [message] entry.

As a heads up in v5.39 (probably coming to production in January) you will be able to send up to 3.8K of body data via the WebHook trigger (limit based on Firebase Cloud Message size).
This should hopefully make what you want to do possible as long as it's not a large piece of data.
