I don't know if it's a bug on my phone but the volume down doesn't trigger when media sound is at 0% even when it's configured to retain volume.
As a workaround I adjust it to 1% or do a volume change in the macros that turn off or lowers the volume.
Of course same thing happens with volume up trigger at max level.
I just wanted to share in case there is a fix possible or maybe it's just happening on my huawei mate 20x
