Use phone Alarm as trigger

Newbie question. How do I use the built in phone Alarm as a trigger to open an app? I've worked out how to use dat/time to do it but can't see how to get the phone Alarm to do it. I have a Samsung on Android 13.

If the phone is locked it may not work (well the app may beautiful launched but not truly if that makes sense). If the radio launches when the app is opened it may work.

Hi it works perfectly with the phone on or off or locked.
