turning on the screen on Samsung when it was turned off with the power button

I try to automate samsung android 7 (phone or tablet) screen turning on.( If it was turned off with power button.)
I tried unsuccesfully:
Keep Device Awake
Screen On
Screen Lock OFF
Launch Home Screen.
Сan give me some advice?

Yes, I AM INTERESTED IN THE FOLLOWING:
AFTER RECEIVING A NOTIFICATION OR SMS, MY PHONE OT TABLET MUST TURN ON THE SCREEN AND SHOW SOME IMAGE.
I have SAMSUNG PHONE GALAXY S6 (2016)and tablet SAMSUNG A...(2016). I have same problem on both devices. Macrodroid cannot automatically turn on the screen if it was turned off with the power button. if the screen state is "home screen" or "screen saver" there is no problem., Macrodroid shows some image from device memory.

Maybe this is a problem with old samsungs with android 7 only ?
