Trying to turn sensor On/Off on Android Wear Galaxy Watch 5 when taken off charger; where is the Wear Action Block?

Hi,
I was able to initiate a Wear Watch Trigger by starting a new macro on the watch, but I can't find any way to add a Watch Action.
Bing AI says there should be an "Android Wear Action Block" but I can't find it.
In the past I was able to make a macro to vibrate the watch based on a timer but now I don't see anything about the watch in Actions.
In fact I don't see anything sensor related in the phone actions either.
Is there no way to turn a sensor on/off?
Help, please?
Thanks,
Cat

Actions -> Connectivity -> Android Wear
You can use the search icon on the top right corner to search for actions.

Thank you Endercraft.
It seems like what I want isn't possible; there are very few things that can be done on Wear.
I wish even those were outside "Connectivity" where they are hard to find.
I looked in Device (as it's a device, right) etc but didn't expect it to be in Connectivity; anyway, no dice.
Thanks again.
Might there be a plugin from compatible automation apps that would do more on Wear?
