As @Endercraft suggested you can use the Time constraint either at the global (macro) level or at the trigger level.

The purpose is not the same at all: when using a constraint at macro level, it can prevent the whole macro to run. When using it at trigger level, it only prevents the specified trigger(s) to fire, allowing the macro to run with any other mean or trigger.
