Trigger geofence not work on Galaxy A12

Hi, I've created a classic macro with a geofence location based event that should turn silent mode on and off when entering or exiting the specified location.

The problem is that the trigger does not fire, even though when I test it works fine. I also installed the helper.
I have a Samsung Galaxy A12.
What can I do?
