Time delay on garage door

Not familiar with all the actions yet. Wanting to have a floating button that when I click on, if door is showing closed it opens for 3 seconds and stops in the open position.

That depends on if MacroDroid is even able to control your garage door. What all ways of remote control is allowed by the garage door's manufacturer?

It runs through an app meross on wifi, so it gives the option to open and close it from my phone. I also have smart things. What my thought is if I have a floating button and press it that if the door shows closed it would open for 3 sec and stop in that position and if it's in the open state to close and then reopen for the 3 sec and stop. If that makes sense.
