text-to-speech text on the car speaker

Hello,
I have a macro which, once my phone is connected to the Bluetooth in the car, waits 5 minutes and uses the text to speech function to remind me of something.

I wanted it to be text-to-speech announcement to use my car's speakers (like during a voice call) but I can't.

Can you tell me how to do it?
Today I can only get the sound out through the speakerphone of my phone.

Thanks :)

Make sure the audio stream is the media stream, default is ringer/notification. Don't forget to check your volume

Thanks.
I had chosen the "Vocal Call" flow and turned the volume up. I will go test with "Media / Music"
For me, I have to select "Media" instead of "Radio" as source in my car to hear MD sounds in the car's speakers, i.e. I can't listen to the radio : only BT music -or internet radio- from the mobile or from USB key.

So I did my tests.
The media of the car is either on radio or on usb.
In these 2 cases, I can't get the sound from the speakers.
On the other hand, if I choose to put on bluetooth, whether I am on voice output or on media, both go out on the speakers of the car.
But since I'm never on bluetooth in the car, unfortunately that doesn't solve my problem.
However, the audio calls from my phone go directly to the speakers in my car. There must be a way to go through the same path ??

Exactly, it is in this action that I made my changes.
I had thoroughly:
Media / Music 100%
Voice call 100%
Voice over Bluetooth 100%

And then in the "Text by Vocal Synthesis" action, in the "Choose an Audio Stream" parameter, I tested either "Vocal Call" or "Media / Music".

With "Vocal Call", the sound is super loud. And I tried to change the sound levels of the 3 choices but nothing changes.

With "Media / Music", the sound is not very strong despite having put 100% on the 3 choices.

I will have to redo the tests ...
