OK, after messing with my poco f3 I made factory reset to start from clear

attached one action macro: take screenshot & share it via intent
but it doesn't happen

when I test macro/ action, screenshot is taken but the share menu doesn't open up

probably I'm missing a permission or so
but which one? and where do I find it?

tnanks

You should choose "Turn on MIUI Optimization" option at Developer options section on the settings app.
After updating Android11 basis MIUI12 without turning on it, I experienced similar broken share menu issue when I took MD macro screenshots, transfer files via Google drive app and more. It happened to my Redme note 9s.

It was on, but once I switched it off and back on, when I re-tested the macro I got the following error note;

OK. So you have to grant the permission on app info. Long tap MD icon on your home screen and then choose the app info popup. You can do it at App permissions section. If not, check Settings->Apps->Permissions.
The easiest way is just turning on "Force allow apps to write on external storage" at Developer options though.

Edited: Keep in mind you'd better to post such a problem on the Device Specific Support section. It has no relation with MD macro itself directly. I recommend you to gather information about MIUI12 bugs.

as you can see, I gave EVERY permission- didn't help
tried the "force allowed apps" & it didn't do it :-(
