Take Picture and Share Last Photo sends previous photo

"Take Picture" plus "Share Last Photo" almost always sends previous photo (sometimes really last). I tried to even insert Wait (for example 30 sec) between them but it didn't help. Problem occurs on two different phones - with Android 13 and Android 6.

You should use the Troubleshooting section on MD home page along with your macro to report this issue.
