System Setting: Vibrate/Silent Quick Setting Tile (Solved)

I wasn't looking to replace it, I looking for the System Setting value for this tile. Helpful user on Reddit indicated it is "{setting_global=mode_ringer}" which worked! Now I am able to trigger actions based on this.
It may also work in reverse.
Anyway it would be great to be able to export the full list of settings to a dictionary or list so we can compare and find out what settings are changed and thus be able to control system settings better.
