Synchronize? Best of what can MacroDroid do is to periodically copy files from one folder to other.synchronize
Sorry about a newbie question! What is shell script? You should be able to use the cp command to copy files. You add this in the shell script action.
Is rsync a built in command or an app?How about the rsync command?
Yes. That seems to be the out of the box capability.Synchronize? Best of what can MacroDroid do is to periodically copy files from one folder to other.
Foldersync seems to be useful. How can I run Foldeesync when there is a change in any of the files? Haven't found a trigger which will be activated when there is a change in the file system. Don't want to run Foldersync periodically even when there is no change in any of the files.Foldersync pro might fit the bill. I've not seen rsync
Thanks. That works perfectly.Sorry for my late reply. If you open Foldersync and navigate to your folder pair choose advanced and scroll to the bottom you can see it checks if files have been modified. It is worth setting a schedule in Foldersync
