Social media notifications (comments) to email

Hi all, sorry if this has been raised a million times. I have tried to put a macro together to achieve this but have not got it to work. I am trying to set up a macro that sends any notification from a social media app where a comment has been made (YouTube, Instagram etc) with the comment text being emailed to me.

It's for work. It will make life easier if I can sort this out.

My setup is:

1. Trigger: notification received
2. Actions: Set variable {not_app_name}{notification}
3. Actions: Send email

Email is coming through but just saying. "Social Notification" (which I configured in the email setup). The comment itself is not coming through.
