Shell script timed out

Today I get this logged message for such simple Shell scripts (see below) I run several times a day...

Does anyone already experienced this problem (whether "Use Helper App" is checked or not)?

I see the "shell script timeout" message happening on my device when I clean install the helper file but don't launch and configure it. Once I have launched the helper app and disabled battery optimization etc. the problem goes away.

Does the action actually work? What do you see in the log of the helper app?

I have no battery optimization and, yes, today shell script actions seem to run flawlessly.

So, I'm sorry, but I'm unable to see any interesting message in the Helper log file. If this amazing behavior occurs again, I'll have a look to the Helper log file (I haven't thought to look for it last time...)

Reminds me, didn't @sampleuserhere have this problem occasionally? Never once a script like that failed for me. Out of the thousands of times I ran a similar script it only failed 8 times which is most likely due to me disabling MacroDroid or device shutdowns and things like that.

I haven't tested that for a while, I integrated my setup with Automate to get current activity, which was the reason I used the shell action itself. My setup is good now, never failed even once so I'm so done with this issue.

FYI, I'm using Tasker,Automate and Termux alongside Macrodroid.

It was just Macrodroid's shell action that timed out occasionally, even over a simple echo command.
