Set MD as Device Owner

The possibility to set MD as the Device Owner of the phone to get the most out of MD and the handset without to root the device.

I don't think it is possible yet but maybe in the future who knows. Maybe there's a way to do more with device administrator as it is less cumbersome I'd like both

I think I would love this because it may bypass some of Google's stupid restrictions
