[Self solved] Intercept and replace notifications

Hey guys,
Does anyone of ya guys know a way to intercept notifications before they get sent and replace them by a MD notification? I could think of simply copying the notification and deleting it, but my smartwatch (where I want to change the notifications on) will still show the original notification probably...

The best you can do is use the notification trigger and then a clear notification action so it will immediately get cleared.
