Selection Dialog enhancement

As Selection Dialog is more and more convenient to make a choice among a list of items, it would be nice to improve its visual aspect a bit.

The light inconvenience is that nothing indicates that each line is a clickable line and not a plain list of items. So I would suggest some enhancement a bit like this:or even something much easier to implement like automatically underline each clickable line (as it's a kind of hypertext link or works on nearly the same way).

In my opinion it must not be customizable. Just a specific aspect.

Otherwise you'd have to customize all other kinds of Dialog boxes/User prompts...

The only thing you could add to them would be Dark Mode to have a visual unicity all along a macro...

I'm not sure I fully understand what you mean by this, but let me just say after years of experience I have learnt that when I enforce a change on something that has existed for a while, many people will be annoyed and insist I put it back to how it was. I will certainly be adding any kind of button style as optional so people can choose what they want and I can avoid the inevitable backlash when everyone's selection dialog suddenly changes style without them doing anything.

I agree with you: we have similar experience with people/users (some of them)!

To me, my suggestion of simply underlining clickable lines seemed to be light and discrete enough and involving a minimum of change (for you and visually). But you are the boss so you'll do what seems to be the best... and we'll all agree with you!

As you were speaking about "customization", I was thinking about another minor point which was to allow Dark mode in every other kind of input dialog (such as "If confirmed..." and some others).

What setting are you speaking about?

I generally don't use MD in dark mode but only for some macros. It's the reason why I was suggesting to allow this mode punctually in every input dialog box.

That makes it so that every action with user prompt is in dark mode by default (it is true that not every action has a dark mode setting though).
