second sim card

Hi all,
With a smartphone that has two SIM cards, is there any way to manage the second sim? for example activate or deactivate it via widget or quick setting...
Excluding UI interactions...

I have one ordinary Sim (my main number) and multiple eSIMs (secondary business numbers). I can store up to 7 eSIMs, but can only use one of them at a time. I am wanting to create a macro to switch one esim off and turn the next one on every 10mins or so.. I've been trying to play around with the settings but can't get it to work... Any help would be greatly appreciated
