I would like it to look like [image 2], but replace the bell (as I don't need to be subscribed to myself) with the edit button. Then add under

a dropdown list to choose the sorting of the macro (new, old, most starred, less starred). To the other side i'd like a button which brings you to a page with your macros with unread comments.
Since you don't get notified in any way of people commenting on your macros, it would be good to add a little red circle with the number of unread comments on the "templates" button at the bottom of the screen (where you select which window to use), then one on the three dots (which now is used for "my profile", "my subscription" and "compact mode") and the last on "my profile".
