Read Screen Contents Doesn't Work on Certain Apps

When the application is running in the foreground, the macrodroid reads the screen contents normally.

But when the uber app is in the background, I get a notification, which appears to be a pop-up, but the macrodroid does not identify the text on this screen, and cannot read this text even when triggering it.

Attached is a print of the screen.

Is there any way to read the contents of this popup, or identify when it appears on the screen?

I believe there are apps available that convert pop-ups to notifications. I've never used one myself but could be worth a try.

Read screen contents doesn't work, it takes the text from the home screen, or the text of any other application that runs behind the overlay.
