Problem with data on my Xiaomi smartphone

Hello, I have a problem on my Xiaomi mi 9 lite since the last major update done like a year ago. It is running on Android 11 (was Android 10 before this update) with MIUI 12.5.2 everything works except that:
When I turn on or restart the phone, the data are not activated by default, I have to go in the settings every time to reset the APN, then the data work.
And, second problem, when I have WiFi activated and that I disable it or leave the area of the WiFi network I'm connected on, the data does not activate by itself, so I have to reset the APN or I can enable then disable Plane mode or I can tap on disable then enable data to make it works, but this is not automated as it should be.

Does anyone have a solution to do this on Macrodroid? I tried to contact Xiaomi about it, but no answer...

MacroDroid can disable and enable airplane mode without root. You can get this to happen when you disconnect from your home WiFi

If it's dual SIM, maybe put the SIM in the other slot.

You might be worth getting a new SIM from your carrier.

Are there any more updates for your device.

Backup and factory reset.

I briefly has a Xiaomi phone running Android 11 and didn't have to reset the APN after restarting the phone.
Whilst a macro using UI interaction could automate this, I think it would be worth doing a network setting reset and if the issue persists do a factory reset.
