Option to make home tab buttons into a list instead of a grid?

I find it very different to find items in the grid of options when I'm on the home tab.

I made a small mock-up of what it could look like. (Check the attachments)

You can change the look in settings, but not to list, but the number of icons in the grid
Might help you a little
