Notification bar icons bug - Google Pixel 8 Pro

Hi everyone.

While I am extremely happy with this application, I have a couple of bugs that I can't resolve:

  1. I set a macro that activates wifi when I'm at home (deactivating 4G) and does the opposite as soon as I leave. The macro almost always works, but often it doesn't show me the 4G icon in the notification (Status) bar when it automatically re-activates;
I have a Google Pixel 8, can anyone help me please?

Thanks in advance!

There are known issues when using the set data action that it may cause the system controls to stop functioning or not display the state correctly on some devices. I'm afraid I don't have any solution to this as it uses private APIs to achieve this functionality and some devices behave in strange ways when using these private APIs.

That's annoying, every time you deactivate WiFi and then activate mobile data, the symbol no longer appears in the status bar. Then you have to deactivate and activate it manually. In the end, you have more work. It's a shame, I bought the Pro version and now this, there were no problems with the old OnePlus phone.

You can make you own icons with MacroDroid's floating text action. You can get it to draw in the status bar.

You may also have success with SystemUI tuner or by flashing a custom ROM

with ui-actions you can unlock your phone and then enable and disable it automatically. many times it works in the pocket.
