Need help: scenario, a single press of the power button takes a photo/records a video, and a double press locks the phone in the camera app

Hello, folks

Perhaps someone knows how to set it up so that when the camera app is running, a single press of the power button takes a photo/records a video, and a double press locks the phone? Is this even possible? Maybe someone has asked this question before. I've been trying to implement it, but without success. I would sincerely appreciate any help.

It should also be noted that my device isn't rooted.

I'm not sure, the volume up and down button can do that on the camera app in recent Android versions but I'm not sure about the power button. Modifying its behavior is hard without root/adb though.
