MD notif bar disappears and can be swiped out?

Hello,
With my new phone (Redmi Note 12 w/ Android 14 + HyperOS) I just noticed "sometimes" the MD notification bars disappears, and also it can be swiped out.
I fixed it with a macro forcing the bar to display when unlocking the screen but i'm surprised i did not face this issue with previous phones and versions...
I am a MD user for years (so all the configuration items should be well set : autostart, battery saving, ...).
Is it a configuration issue on my side or a (known) issue ? Thanks.

I don't know if it's a known issue but if it worked and you didn't change anything it's probably Xiaomi's fault.

Can someone describe me what it is supposed to do when screen is unlocked, then one swipe the MD notif bar to the right of the screen ?
