Local and global action blocks

It would be better to have an option to specify specific action blocks as local, since many of them are for specific macros.

What would this option change compared to current situation?

If you want all the Action blocks related to one specific macro be shown together in the list, you could add a prefix to their names to indicate they "belong" to the macro named in the prefix.

Then we'll have to convert every variable to global one which is not a good practice
