Launching apps with Macrodroid in the background!

I'm trying to do something simple...
I set it for an app to open when the timer reaches 3sec, then the timer is stopped and the desired app is opened.

If the timer reaches 3sec while the Macrodroid is open, it works.
But if Macrodroid is in the background, the app does not open and the timer is stopped.
Are there any Macrodroid settings I need to configure to open apps with Macrodroid in the background?

Yes, it's a xiaomi poco x3.
But even with all permissions accepted and AutoStart enabled, if the macrodroid is in the background it will not open the app.
This also happens if I try to use Authenticate User, the biometrics window only appears if I have Macrodroid open.

Yes!
I did a test using Tasker, and I was able to open an app with the Tasker in the background.
I don't know if it's a problem with my device that specifically doesn't allow Macrodroid to work properly.

Try using Shortcut Maker to launch the app directly via shortcut maker or to find the intent properties to launch the desired app using MacroDroid Send Intent action.

I used Send Intent and my problem follows the same.
The app only launches if the macrodroid is open.
I already left macrodroid as administrator, allowed all accessibility settings, all permissions, overlay and ADB hack...

Will this macro work?
It is OK if the trigger is set a few minutes after the current time and then put to sleep and the macro working at the specified time.
