Launch/run Home screen widget?

The SmartThings app allows me to create a home screen widget to directly control (e.g. turn on) a SmartThings device. Without the widget, the process is: Launch app > navigate to Devices > select desired device > toggle on/off. Pressing the widget bypasses all that and simply turns my device on.

In Macrodroid, how do we launch/run the widget?

Try the Launch Shortcut action- you might find the SmartThings shortcut/widget in there?

you can use sharptools plugin for this, you have to pay for it after a 7 day trial though... so then you might aswell pay for ifttt,,

The only way you can "press" a widget is using the UI Interaction action, but you of course must be unlocked and on the correct home page.
