currently not, you could use GET option of a webhook (it may be available if you search more thoroughly the webhook documentation)
or use the "HTTP Shortcuts" app from macrodroid (Launch Shortcut)

You can join the beta to get the latest version, but it might be not stable sometimes. I don't find any serious problems at this moment

I will say on the RARE occasions that a bug is found either in the beta or the general release, it is usually fixed really quickly.
