Is there a way to mirror bluetooth to the phone speaker when an app runs

When I have my bluetooth headset paired all sound goes to my ears. I have some apps that I always want to go to the speakers and the developer hasn't given me that option..
Can I perform this with Macrodroid. An example would be nice. Thanks in advance

Probably it is impossible in most cases. It depends on BT version(v5) which is supported by the BT module installed in the mobile. Android version 11+ is also required.
I googled to find which mobile it supported, but only Samsung is introduced clearly.

I'm using 11.1ch AV receiver to listen to music and watching TV at home. It supports multi channel audio routing. I recommend routing your sound sources to receiver once and then to 2 or more sets of speakers. Otherwise, play music on your PC or MAC to route it to multi devices as audio stream via HDMI or network.
