Is everything saving during the back up?

I want to update macrodroid from Google Play (I had not play market version), but I already have around 100 global variables. So if I will back up and then restore, will it save the system log and global variables that are not in the macros? Also, can you please say how much macrodroid premium costs in dollars?

If the app is the same (it hasn't been changed before uploading to where you download it) then you don't need to uninstall because there is no difference.
System log isn't saved but global variables are.
Premium costs around 5-6$.
