IoT - Sonoff / ewelink integration

you can set up automations in the sonoff/ewelink app to send you a notification when something happens, then you can use that notification as a trigger in macrodroid.
to control your sonoff devices you can use the "open website/HTTP get" action to call an ifttt webhook. if you don't want to pay for ifttt pro i would recommend you check out www.sequematic.com, it is limited to sonoff/ewelink, tuya and philips hue, but it is free. (runs on donations)
Thanks a lot. Watching Ewelink's notifications is a good idea and I am exploring it.
But notifs only say on or off, do not show temperature, for example. And cannot be used as an action (set timer or temperature, switch on, etc).
I wish to uninstall Ewelink, a heavy, slow, and underfeatured app. And also Smart Life, hopefully using only MD.
About Smart Things, it can not control Sonoff devices and replace Ewelink.
Sequematic needs IFTTT but now that I have MD, iftt seems a childs toy and I uninstalled it.
I'm new here and love MD but my first impression is that MD's big weakness is lack of integrations like this one (ewelink).
I am studying about MD's Plugins, but it does not seem to work well.

i have no experience with the ewelink app or temperature sensors myself, i understand your problem of it not showing the temperature though, the only thing i can think of is creating a seperate automation for every possible temperature that sends a notification containing that specific temperature, it will be quite a bit of work to set that all up, especially if you have multiple temperature sensors, but, as i said, it's the only way i can think of..
and btw, sequematic does not need ifttt at all, and the lack of integration with smart home apps is not macrodroids weakness, it's the smart home apps that don't let us control their stuff through other apps.
edit: sorry, i read over the part where you said you cannot use the notification as an action to control your devices, this is obvious
