IF Statement Help

Guys am stuck on something...
How can I use the IF statement to detect if an income text is all CAPITAL or all SMALL letters.

This can be accomplished with a regular expression.
Edit the regular expression to match the string.

Honestly I can't believe I ask for this help. I included something like this in a project few months ago.
It escape my memory and I got stuck.
