I am a Pro user, but I cannot install plugins ... ???

I have paid to be a Pro user, and if I click the "Upgrade" button to try become a Pro user, I now am told, "You already own this item".

However, when I try to install any plugins, I am told that I am not allowed to do this, and that I must upgrade to being a Pro user. Since I already am a paid Pro user, I do not understand why I am getting this response when trying to install plugins.

Can anyone help?

Could you check for updates to MacroDroid in the play store. There's been some updates to fix bugs recently. Could you also send us any screenshots of errors or system logs

What kind of plugin are you talking about? Anyway follow @Jacob L's advice

It rather seems that pro version purchase wasn't applyed, because the pro version button should disappear then.

The plugins list is not related to the pro version so I'm not sure what you mean by unable to install plugins.
