How to launch google translator mini window to translate last copied words

Do anyone of you know how to make this appear to translate what's on my clipboard ?

I don't want the floating button always on and the notification is pretty down since I have other persistent notifications, so i disabled the floating button and using notification interaction to click it and ii interactions to paste the clipboard
