How to give MD permissions fast [NO ROOT]

Is there a macro I can just run and it enables all the permissions MD needs ?
This is for when you reinstall the app to give all the permissions fast

If you mean the normal permissions then it's possible with just UI Interaction but it seems unreliable. It's better to just open the troubleshooting section and go through every permission manually.
