help with a macro

I'm trying to make a macro that makes a sound when updating the content on the screen in an application. Could anyone help me?
My phone is a Samsung A05. android.Thanks

Maybe you use screen content trigger in game like app where macrodroid won't recognize anything and you should use read screenshot content trigger instead?

ahhh right...in the screenshot, I also tried...and I didn't succeed...maybe there is some step that I'm not doing right.
