[Help] Paste in an input field dont work.

Ive tried everything but nothing seems to work.
I have tried automating my screen unlock by pasting my password in lockscreen and its working but ive made another macro to paste a number on an input field from a website and its not working. I have tried both the built in paste action and tasker but to no avail.

I tried actual copy and pasting and its fine.

I also tried it changing paste into another click with the coordinates to the keyboard that pops up and it did not type either. Only from my tablet with android version 6.0.1 but works on my phone with latest version of android.

Try using paste option but with custom text instead (this one always worked for me). Maybe it has something to do with the fact that macrodroid cannot acces clipboard on some new versions of android in the way it used to.

If you want to paste something from clipboard you need to use refresh clipboard action before. Then it should work no matter the option was chosen - custom or clipboard

I actually used custom text as my paste source if look at the pic in my first post and did not work either that is why i was asking for help.

It's pretty finicky. The first time it tries usually fails so I use a while loop to spam it until it actually worked.
