Help: I can Test Macro/Actions... but they aren't running as Macro, it just nothing happens

Hello guys, i have Premium of this App but it does not run on "Triggers".. i just can Test them manually

Also if download Macro Templates, they are also not starting if trigger true..

Another Question: How to run Macros in a LOOP?

System Log outputs only comments like: macro started, but only if i manually start it....
cmon guys this app is a crap, i cant also stop the macro... if its running, right?

Change the system log filter to either detailed or errors. Follow steps at dontkillmyapp.com. Make sure MacroDroid is enabled and that the macro itself is enabled. MacroDroid isn't crap, we just need to find the issue. There's a troubleshooting section from the left hamburger menu of the home screen on MacroDroid.

@rafala if you think MacroDroid is crap then please just ask me for a refund at support@macrodroid.com and I will be happy to oblige. I'm not sure why you upgraded an app that you think doesn't work but whatever the reason I will refund if not happy.

If you'd rather solve the issue then please use "report a bug" via the troubleshooting section select a macro that is not working and give a clear description.
