It's very difficult to make a fine tuning with sliders and set a precise value, such as in (x,y) coordinates, percentage, timeout... When lifting the finger from the screen, it often changes the selected value, mainly on wide ranges of values.
As some sliders are already surrounded by arrows (<,>) or (^,v) couples it would be really interesting to have the ability of using these arrows to make a fine adjustment step by step after an approximate positioning by finger. And those (sliders) which don't have arrows (like timeouts)... just add them.
