Exclude 'SMS From' trigger

For the trigger "SMS From", there is an option "SMS Content" with the choice "Excludes".

I want to include all contacts except "Joe Smith".

I suppose the 'Excludes' option is to exclude triggering from a contact. However, when I type in this particular contact to exclude, i. e., 'Joe Smith', the trigger still occurs. In other words, the trigger still occurs.

I have tried using the wild card "*" as well as "/*" but they also do not work. What I mean is, I have tried writing "Joe Smith", "Joe", "*Joe*", "/*Joe/*", as ways to exclude "Joe Smith", but none of these exclude the contact "Joe Smith".

So, how do I exclude triggering from contact "Joe Smith" but still triggering on all other contacts?

Thank you!!!!

You are in the "content" dialog, that means it's in the txt
You shall exclude it in the first dialog with contacts

@Snurre is right. When you are setting up SMS received action > Choose contact(s) > there's a option on bottom to exclude or include selected contacts.

I agree, but only one selection can be done: either to include or exclude Contacts.

Also, 2 Tiggers won't work, because all Triggers are OR'd.

Thank you very very much for everyone's help!!! I will try the above. It makes total sense so it should work.
