Enable/disable macros from helper app

Have a parameter in helper app that lets you enable/disable macros without Macrodroid running, then when Macrodroid starts, it first checks for these settings and modify the macros accordingly to those settings. It would be very useful in certain cases where someone has created a macro that will run into an infinite loop without any way of stopping, doesn't have a recent backup and doesn't have a cloud backup and would be forced to uninstall Macrodroid.

Another idea is a new menu item "Start without run macro" or "Disabled all macros" in the long press menu on Macrodroid icon
