None of my cell tower triggers or restrictions work on the OnePlus phone. They worked fine on my old Pixel. It appears the software does not look for new towers. I have the tower search setting at the highest refresh and have excluded the app from any battery optimization, but to no avail. Please help me understand how I get this thing to search for cell towers properly.
