DnD constraint not working

Hi all, I am trying to create a Macro which plays notifications in text to speech when I have my headphones in. I don't want it to play the notification when I have DnD mode on. I can't figure out how to configure the DnD Constraint. If someone could let me know that would be great. I have attached what I have so far.

That looks ok to me. Are you still getting the notification spoken when in block all mode?
